Frequently Asked Questions
What goes into a DOCHA doughnut?
Quite a lot. Every batch is mixed, proofed, shaped, fried, filled, and finished by hand. We use the best ingredients we can source, applying the same precision and techniques I learned while training in Michelin-starred kitchens. It takes time, patience, and a little obsession. That’s what makes it DOCHA.
Is everything made from scratch?
Yes. We make our milk bread dough, fillings, glazes, and signature toppings in-house using real milk, butter, eggs, and carefully sourced ingredients. Because every great doughnut starts with the good stuff.
Made and finished by hand. Slight variations in appearance are part of every batch.
Allergies & substitutions
Our doughnuts contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and coconut unless noted otherwise. We’re unable to accommodate substitutions or customizations.
Freshness & storage
As soon as possible — ideally within two hours of receiving them. If you’re eating them later, keep them refrigerated, but fresh is always best.
Do the flavors change?
Yes. Our menu shifts with the seasons, our whims, and what’s available. If you find a favorite, enjoy it while it’s here.
What if there’s an issue with my delivery?
We pack every order securely before handing it over. Once it’s with the rider, delays and handling are outside our control, so any transit-related concerns should be raised directly with your delivery service.
How do I pick up my order?
Pickup, or book your own rider. We’ll send you the pickup pin and instructions before your scheduled time. Once your rider is booked, please send us the tracking link so we can coordinate the handoff. Delivery fees are paid separately and directly to the rider.
