Order policy

The quiet rules behind every drop.

Cancellations

Cancel up to 24 hours before collection. After that, orders are final.

Payment

Once checkout is complete, your items are reserved. We’ll only contact you sooner if there’s an issue with your payment. Missing receipts stay pending.

Delivery

Pickup, or book your own rider. We’ll send the pickup pin before your scheduled time. Delivery fees are paid separately and directly to the rider.

Freshness

Best within two hours. Don’t save them for tomorrow. Kaya Brûlée is the exception: don’t refrigerate it if you want to keep the crack.
